Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business banking, commercial banking, or relationship management
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of cash flow analysis, business credit underwriting, and loan structuring
- Experience developing new business relationships within the small to midsized business segment
- Ability to manage complex commercial relationships and recommend appropriate loan and deposit solutions
- Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated business acumen across a range of industries, markets, and economic conditions
- Ability to work cross-functionally with credit, underwriting, treasury, and internal banking partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pipeline management practices

Description:
- Develop and grow a portfolio of small to midsized business clients through direct business development activity
- Make retention and prospecting calls to existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and centers of influence
- Interview applicants, gather required documentation, and recommend appropriate lending solutions
- Structure credit requests and submit complete packages for underwriting and approval
- Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy in accordance with approved terms
- Coordinate and attend loan closings
- Identify cross-sell opportunities across deposits, treasury services, credit, and other bank products
- Act as a financial advisor by educating clients on business banking strategies, credit needs, market conditions, and related financial solutions
- Monitor client activity, market trends, and evolving business needs to uncover additional opportunities
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver a high-quality client experience and help close new relationships efficiently
- Contribute to regional growth initiatives and support broader market development efforts
