We’re looking for a detail-driven Data Analyst to join our Data Governance & Quality team. In this role, you’ll be the guardian of our enterprise data, ensuring it’s accurate, consistent, and high-quality. You’ll work closely with teams across the organization to apply governance rules, monitor data health, and drive improvements that make our data more reliable and valuable. Essentials Functions:
- Ensure our data is accurate, complete, and consistent across systems.
- Apply governance and regulatory requirements in daily work.
- Monitor data quality, identify issues, and drive solutions.
- Define data quality standards and best practices.
- Build strong partnerships with internal and external teams.
- Anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and clarify complex situations.
- Mentor team members and champion inclusive collaboration.
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and process improvements.
- Balance quality with efficiency to meet business priorities.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or related work.
- Strong knowledge of data definitions, metadata, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- SQL experience a plus.
