The Chief Operating Vice President is a full-time, on-site role based in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will oversee and drive operational excellence, manage cross-functional teams, and develop strategies to optimize business processes and achieve organizational goals. You will collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment of operations with the company’s overall vision and objectives. This role also involves monitoring performance metrics, assessing risk, and implementing initiatives that improve efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and operations effectively
• Experience in strategy development, business process optimization, and operational efficiency
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with an ability to evaluate performance metrics and implement action plans
• Proven expertise in financial management, risk assessment, and compliance within the financial technology or related industries
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to influence stakeholders and foster collaboration
• Prior experience in a senior operational leadership role is highly desirable
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and drive initiatives that align with business priorities
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
