Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Solution Architect with expertise in Snowflake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Power BI to lead solution design and delivery for a large-scale data migration and modernization program. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define, design, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions on the Azure cloud data platform. Should have work experience in Banking Domain.
Migration & Implementation
- Lead migration from on-prem/legacy systems to Snowflake using Azure cloud services.
- Define standards for data ingestion, ELT/ETL pipelines, and reporting layers.
- Oversee implementation of incremental, batch, and real-time data pipeline.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience designing Data Warehouse solutions using Snowflake, ADF, and Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modelling (Star and Snowflake Schema design) and ELT/ETL best practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of Azure ecosystem (ADLS, Key Vault, Databricks/Synapse optional).
- Experience in data migration projects (history loads, incremental refresh, large-scale transformations).
- Expertise in security & access control (RBAC, encryption, data masking).
- Familiarity with DevOps (Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines).
- Should be able to collaborate with teams and customers across globe.
- Expertise within the banking domain especially strong knowledge of loans and deposits. Understanding of consumer & commercial banking and general ledger functions will be an added advantage.
