EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor s degree in technical field. Master s degree in a technical field is preferred.
- 8 years of related experience developing software. Mortgage industry experience is preferred.
- Adaptive leadership style, capable of leading multi-disciplinary teams with diverse skill sets and experience levels.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability respond quickly to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints from clients, co-workers and or management.
- Strong analytical skills

- C#/MVC/ Web API
- Design Patterns
- Angular (Preferred current versions)
- React
- Sql Server / Cosmos Db
- Experience with Azure Services
- Experience in RAG/Graph (Preferred)
