ROLE OVERVIEW
We are expanding our presence in Miami and are eager to build a great team. As a Finsight Audio Producer, you will work closely with our clients to ensure service excellence. We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable self-starter to join our Production team. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, motivated, and a critical thinker who is able to execute with a high degree of professionalism with our clients.
The Audio Producer role will be responsible for managing the audio production process from start to finish. Candidates should have a proven ability and portfolio that demonstrate their expertise in all stages of audio production. We are looking for a detail process oriented individual that has experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, growing, and energetic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record and edit corporate audio presentations in Audacity
- Work with our clients to execute audio deliverables that meet our company standards
- Manage the audio production process with minimal assistance from the Finsight team
- Digital asset management: organizing and distributing audio projects
- Assist in providing best-in-class support to our clients during the recording and editing review period process over email
- Occasionally record and edit corporate video presentations in Adobe Premiere
EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience working in professional audio production
- 1-2 years experience with audio editing software (Audacity or a comparable software)
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills; you can manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Understanding of the audio production process, including pre and post-production
- Self-starter who is able to offer solutions to a wide range of impromptu challenges during audio productions
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication internally and with our clients
- Strong time management practices

LOCATION:
Waterford Business District, Miami
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- $35-40k Annual salary (based on experience)
