Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead community growth strategies, including recruiting new members, forming partnerships, promoting benefits, and driving cross-platform engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine value propositions, strengthen messaging, and support membership pipelines and onboarding for immediate impact.
- Deliver data-driven reports and presentations to highlight successes, guide strategies, and engage stakeholders.
- Partner with leadership and committees to align budgets with growth objectives, ensuring efficient resource use.
- Act as liaison for Community Boards and Committees, managing communications, agendas, strategic planning, and discussions to foster innovation and momentum.
- Oversee awards programs, from development to recognition, coordinating with teams to promote excellence and attract talent.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years in sales, community building, or association growth, with a track record of achieving membership goals through proactive strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills to engage and persuade.
- Experience planning successful events, including speakers, sponsors, and logistics.
