Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative
Serving Southern Massachusetts & Rhode Island
We're looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team and help bring affordable clean energy to local communities. In this role, you’ll connect with residential and small business customers to introduce them to the benefits of community solar and rooftop solar programs.

Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners and small business owners throughout Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island
- Educate potential customers on the financial and environmental benefits of community solar and rooftop solar programs
- Identify qualified prospects and convert them into solar program subscribers
- Meet and exceed personal sales goals
- Represent the company professionally while building strong customer relationships
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience preferred (energy or solar experience is a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Enjoys learning new concepts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation for local travel
