Senior Director, IT & Enterprise Applications

Location: Onsite 4 days/week
Compensation: $220 250K base 20% bonus equity
Team: Leads a team of 9
Reports to: Director of Accounting

About the Role

The Senior Director, IT & Enterprise Applications is a player-coach responsible for leading IT strategy, owning key enterprise platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG), and driving digital transformation for a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS company. This leader will oversee IT infrastructure, support cybersecurity initiatives, and guide enterprise systems to scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT & enterprise applications roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Own NetSuite (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), UKG (HRIS), and Microsoft O365.
• Drive integrations, enhancements, and automation across Finance, HR, Operations, and GTM processes.
• Ensure system security, scalability, governance, and global availability.
• Lead digital transformation, cloud adoption, and AI-driven process improvements.
• Build, mentor, and manage the IT & applications team.
• Manage vendors, MSPs, and technology budgets.
• Support compliance standards (IPO readiness, GDPR, ISO).

Qualifications

• 12 years in IT and enterprise systems leadership (5 in senior roles).
• Strong hands-on expertise with NetSuite, Salesforce, UKG, and Microsoft O365.
• Experience in SaaS / subscription business models; PE-backed experience a plus.
• Background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise SaaS governance.
• Proven success scaling systems in high-growth environments.
• Experience applying AI and automation within enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
