Job Title - Project Manager – Concrete & Heavy CivilLocation - Livermore, CAType - Full-Time Position Summary: The Project Manager leads all aspects of project delivery for concrete paving, grading, barrier systems, and architectural applications. They ensure schedules, budgets, submittals, and contractor coordination align with company standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities:Prepare, manage, and oversee project submittals in accordance with contract specs and industry standardsDevelop, maintain, and update CPM schedules (short- and long-range)Lead project kickoff, pre-construction, and weekly progress meetingsCoordinate subcontractor operations and production planningReview, process, and track submittals, RFIs, and CCO logsValidate field-generated Extra Work tags and follow up with estimating/pricingManage daily reporting, non-working day requests, and documentation flowMaintain compliance with DBE commitments and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with Superintendents, PEs, and Office Staff to review budgets, forecasts, and production targetsCommunicate with owners, engineers, utilities, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment Ideal Skills & Experience: Concrete paving, grading, barrier systems, architectural site finishes, heavy civil coordination, CPM scheduling, RFI/submittal management
