Delivery & Distribution Manager

The Delivery & Distribution Manager is responsible for ensuring that products are delivered to customers in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires an individual to oversee the supply chain and manage the distribution process. They are expected to have strong communication skills and a good understanding of logistics management. Reports to the Director of Logistics.

• Develop and implement effective distribution strategies
• Monitor operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of products
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to manage inventory and delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Oversee the hiring and training of distribution staff
• Analyze data to make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, delivery, and personnel
• Manage the budget for the distribution department

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a distribution or logistics management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience with inventory management software and delivery tracking systems
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
• Must be able to pass a level II backgrond check
• Must be 21 years of age
