We're looking for a highly creative Videographer & Video Editor to help tell our story across every major social platform. This role will work directly with our founder, capturing authentic behind-the-scenes moments, product content, educational videos, lifestyle footage, and campaign creative that reaches millions of consumers.
If you live and breathe content creation, understand what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and love turning raw footage into engaging stories, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Film the founder and company content multiple times per week.
- Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes, event, and educational content.
- Edit both short-form vertical content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form horizontal content (YouTube, website, paid advertising).
- Produce polished, platform-native videos optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Assist with content planning and creative brainstorming.
- Help organize and maintain a growing video asset library.
- Create social-first edits with strong pacing, hooks, captions, graphics, transitions, and motion elements.
- Ensure all content aligns with Finnsul's premium brand aesthetic.
- Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
- Occasionally travel for content shoots, brand activations, trade shows, or creator events.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–5 years of professional videography and video editing experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both filming and editing capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, composition, lighting, framing, and audio.
- Ability to edit both vertical and horizontal formats efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
- Applicants who own professional camera equipment are strongly preferred (but not required).
- Experience filming founders, executives, influencers, or personal brands.
- Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content.
- Drone certification or experience is a plus.
- Photography experience is a plus.
