Position Overview
We are seeking a team-oriented Mitigation Field Technician to perform advanced mitigation and restoration services including water extraction, demolition, drying strategy execution, and site stabilization. Serve as on job sites by supporting less experienced team members, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in water mitigation, restoration, or similar field work
- Proven ability to perform mitigation work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of drying principles, moisture mapping, and equipment usage
- Experience with documentation requirements (photos, moisture logs, job notes)
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Experience working with insurance-driven restoration jobs and documentation standards
- Familiarity with industry software (e.g., Encircle, MICA, DASH, or similar)
- Experience leading small crews or acting as a lead technician on job sites
- Ability to obtain IICRC and OSHA certifications
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
