JOB DESCRIPTION
Finnmark Property Services is looking to hire an experienced Crew Lead to execute efficient organization, planning, and completion of quality exterior building maintenance cleaning and repair services performed in a team environment.
Your job as a Crew Lead will be to perform a variety of cleaning, repair, and installation services in a safe, thorough, and efficient manner. This will include working outdoors most of the time, always using PPE, and being comfortable working on rooftops. Crew Leads are responsible for setting up job sites; planning the efficient operation of jobs; assessing, monitoring, and communicating safety conditions and requirements; professionally communicating with customers, fellow employees, and the office; completing thorough daily job notes; and training employees, including role modeling, and coaching others to be productive participants in company culture.
