Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing BDC Agent to act as the voice and face of our dealership. In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our showroom traffic by proactively reaching out to customers, while also providing exceptional hospitality to guests arriving in person. You must be comfortable with heavy phone volume, text communication, and seamlessly jumping in to support the front desk when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- High-Volume Outreach: Make 150 outbound calls per day to prospective buyers, previous customers, and internet leads.
- Customer Follow-Up: Maintain consistent communication with customers via phone calls and text messages to keep them engaged.
- Drive Showroom Traffic: Effectively convert leads into scheduled sales appointments for the dealership floor.
- Internal Communication: Liaise continuously with the sales staff and management to ensure a seamless handoff and outstanding experience for every customer.
- Inbound Call Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, answering basic questions and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Front Desk Support: Fill in for the front desk receptionist as needed. Warmly greet walk-in customers, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the correct staff member or department.
- Facility Upkeep: Take pride in your workspace and the showroom by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Stamina & Drive: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and comfortably manage 150 calls daily without losing enthusiasm.
- Exceptional Communication: Clear, confident, and friendly verbal and written communication skills (phone, text, and in-person).
- Customer-First Mindset: A genuine passion for customer service and a positive, welcoming attitude.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of juggling phone calls, text messages, and face-to-face interactions without getting flustered.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
