💡 What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at BehaveAbility, you’ll make a lasting difference in your community by:
- Conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Providing 1:1 behavioral therapy in school settings, with occasional in-home or community-based sessions
- Monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to intervention plans
- Collaborating closely with families, school staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support
- Maintaining accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- BCBA certification
- Missouri Behavior Analyst Licensure (provisional licensure will be considered)
- Experience providing ABA therapy for children
- Excellent communication, clinical, and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
- Health, dental, and vision insurance (after 90 days)

- Mileage reimbursement $25 biweekly travel stipend
