Work 1-on-1 with children in their homes, schools, or the community.
Use play-based, personalized strategies built around each child’s unique strengths and interests.
Learn and apply ABA techniques—a proven, psychology-backed approach that makes a real difference.

What We’re Looking For
A passion for helping children reach their full potential.
A love of learning and trying new things.
Reliability, positivity, and a coach’s mindset.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and comfort with technology.
Availability:
Part-Time: Available for either three afternoons & two mornings per week, OR five afternoons per week. (This may be adjusted if hired for AM-only or PM-only shifts.)
Full-Time: Available for 35 hours per week, typically up to 8 hours per day, Monday–Friday, with start/end times based on client needs.
