**Position:** FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

**Location/Areas Served:** SAN ANTONIO

**Type:** PART-TIME (20 HOURS PER WEEK)

**Weekly Pay** $725 (W-2)

**Scaled Commissions** 100 Doors 5%, 300 Doors 10%, 500 Doors 15%

The Part-Time Field Sales and Marketing Representative acts as the frontline ambassador for the beverage brand, driving sales, building relationships with accounts, and executing high-impact marketing activities across assigned territories. This position is hands-on, focused on both sales and brand-building at retail and hospitality locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospects for new business and manages existing accounts, targeting bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail outlets to grow product placement and distribution.

- Monitors stock levels, manages orders, and provides feedback on product performance and market trends to internal teams.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in beverages or consumables.

- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to manage time, routes, and priorities independently within the assigned territory.

- Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for brand-building.

- Knowledge of beverage industry trends, regulations, and product categories

- Proficiency in using CRM software and reporting tools.
