At The Finn Team, we have built a business designed to help our team members do what they do best, which is build relationships, serve clients at a high level, and close more deals while we support you behind the scenes.
We are not just another team. We are a collaborative, high-performing group focused on helping each agent elevate their business with the right systems, support, and opportunities. We currently have 4 agents selling and with the amount of buyers and sellers that are reaching out to us, we are in need of another agent to service our clients.
We are looking to grow our business over the next 5 years and are getting ready to invest more money into marketing. The agent that joins us will benefit in terms of their higher income, and enjoy a fun/laid back yet driven team atmosphere.

- Building and nurturing relationships with buyers and sellers
- Guiding clients through the home buying and selling process
- Hosting showings, open houses, and consultations
- Writing and negotiating offers with confidence
- Managing transactions with a high level of professionalism
- Staying on top of market trends to better advise your clients
- Growing your personal brand within a strong team environment
