What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Supervisor position at Finn's Dockside Bar and Grille?

Finn's Dockside Bar and Grill a new restaurant concept opening in April of 2022 on the beautiful west coast of Florida. New to Apollo Beach, Finn’s will be a destination restaurant and bar serving delicious food, friendly service and a true Florida dining experience like none other.

We are planning of leading our culinary team with a well trained, well compensated and amazing supervisor team:

AM Line Supervisor

PM Line Supervisor

Prep Supervisor

We are building the team that will grow the culinary experience moving forward for the Finn's Dockside Bar and Grill concept. Fresh seafood, delicious cocktails and personalized and timely service will become the standard staple on the water for our guests. We will be accepting resumes and conduct interviews for all kitchen supervisor positions. We are looking for driven, passionate individuals who will lead us as the most integral members of our team.

Finn's will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week; growth of the culinary team will begin immediately so that every member of the environment will be able to contribute to the dining experience that we will build.

Managerial or Supervisor experience would be extremely beneficial, but as a growing company the opportunity for experienced culinarians to grow into leadership roles is available. The ideal candidate for these positions would be line cooks, prep cooks and managers looking to build within a team and lead into a future sous chef position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Apollo Beach, FL 33572: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Culinary experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Cooking: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
