You will work alongside experienced operators and have support from an expanding office administration team and software-driven workflows designed to help the field operate more efficiently.

Responsibilities- Work with crew leaders to ensure jobs are set up and executed correctly
- Confirm crews have a clear scope, materials, and expectations each day
- Visit job sites to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve issues
- Inspect jobs during and after completion to ensure high-quality delivery
- Verify completion of punch list and warranty items
- Serve as a field contact for builders and customers
- Respond to job issues, requests, and site readiness concerns
- Maintain strong working relationships with construction managers
- Resolve crew, customer, and job site issues in real time
- Create and send proposals using company software tools
- Enter and manage VPOs and EPOs
- Coordinate with the office team and keep job information up to date
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities at once
- Comfortable working with crews, builders, and homeowners
- Comfortable learning and using software workflow tools
- Landscaping or construction experience is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a major plus
- $50,000–$65,000 salary based on experience and fit
