Private Equity / M&A Internship – Healthcare Acquisitions (Academic Credit Eligible)
Finley Living is seeking ambitious students pursuing careers in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Real Estate, or Healthcare Finance. This internship is ideal for students who are required to complete an internship, practicum, or field experience for graduation requirements, including programs such as V381/H466 or similar university-sponsored internship courses.
Interns will gain direct exposure to live healthcare acquisition transactions, senior housing investments, and capital markets activity within a rapidly growing healthcare roll-up platform focused on assisted living and healthcare companies across Florida and the Southeast.
- Deal sourcing and acquisition outreach
- Market research and competitive analysis
- Financial modeling and valuation support
- Due diligence and transaction coordination

- Seller and broker communication support
- Real-world experience in Private Equity and M&A
- Exposure to live acquisitions and healthcare investment strategy
- Practical training in underwriting and transaction analysis
