Finlay Training Institute is looking for a motivated, professional, and bilingual Assistant Director to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education, student success, administration, and professional training.
As Assistant Director, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the institute, assisting students and staff, coordinating administrative tasks, and helping maintain a positive and organized learning environment. We are looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to the continued growth of our school.
About the Position
The Assistant Director will work closely with institute leadership, instructors, administrative staff, students, and prospective students. This position requires strong communication skills, professionalism, leadership ability, and fluency in both English and Spanish.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced educational setting and should be able to provide excellent support to students, staff, and visitors. Experience in administration, education, or healthcare is highly valued.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and must be fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and excellent communication abilities are essential for this role.
- Administrative experience is a plus.
- Experience in an educational or training environment is also a plus.
- Healthcare experience or knowledge of healthcare training programs is highly valued.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
