What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Plumber position at Finlay Plumbing?
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial plumbing systems while providing excellent customer service.
This role requires technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and efficently.
Minimum of (5) years plumbing required, commercial plumbing experience preferred.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-Respond promptly to service calls and perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
-Diagnose plumbing issues and provide accurate, detailed solutions.
-Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures.
-Conduct inspections to ensure plumbing systems comply with safety and building regulations.
-Communicate clearly with clients explaining services and ensuring satisfaction
-Complete required documentation, work orders, and service reports accurately and on time.
-Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and safe condition.
-Adhere to company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
-Collaborate with office and field teams to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery.
