Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to support the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, vehicles, and plant machinery. This hands-on role is responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and minimizing equipment downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment and vehicles.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery throughout the manufacturing facility.
Perform small engine repairs and replacements as needed.
Conduct routine maintenance, including greasing machinery and vehicles.
Replace worn or damaged machine parts to maintain reliable production.
Coordinate repairs with external truck and equipment repair providers when necessary.
Complete repair records, documentation, and purchase orders accurately and on time.
Monitor vehicle registrations, inspections, and related compliance records.
Support plant operations by working overtime when required.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment.
Travel to other job sites or facilities as needed.
Qualifications
Experience maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment and/or small engines.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify equipment issues and perform appropriate repairs.
Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and paperwork.
Strong attention to safety and compliance.
Willingness to travel to different job sites as required.
Flexibility to work overtime based on operational needs.

CDL experience or license.
