Salary : $82,000 – $110,000(Depending on Experience company will provide more salary)

Here is a little more information in it. We are seeking to fill a full-time, on-site Application Specialist (Food Scientist) position (M-F 8-5 PM).

Updated Position Details & Benefits:

• Base Salary: $82,000 – $110,000

• Sign-on or relocation bonus: up to $10,000

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in a similar role in the food or beverage industry

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Food Engineering; Master’s preferred (NO PhD)

• Experience in product development

• Strong verbal and written technical communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Creative problem-solving skills and innovative thinking

• Demonstrated leadership potential for future advancement

• Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint)

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills

• Self-motivated, quick learner with the ability to work with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Navision, GiNA, and QlikView

• Willingness to travel as needed

While we prefer candidates more local to the area, we are open to applicants across the United States who meet the qualifications. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements. If candidates come from outside the greater Charlotte area, we will reimburse for travel expenses for final stage of interview process with the in-person interview.
