Qualification
s• 3 years of Construction experienc
- eProficiency in Construction Estimating and understanding of project bidding processe
- sStrong Communication skills to effectively correspond with clients, contractors, and team member
- sExperience with Budgeting and cost control for large-scale commercial project
- sProject Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and delivering results on time and within budge
- tExperience in the DC Metro marke
- tAbility to interpret construction blueprints and technical document
- sStrong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinkin
- gProficiency in Planswift and Procor
