Responsibilities
As a House Cleaner with Finishing Touches, you will be responsible for:
- Performing detailed residential cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
- Maintaining high cleaning standards and ensuring each home meets Finishing Touches' quality expectations.
- Following established cleaning procedures and client-specific instructions.
- Properly using cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.
- Managing time effectively to complete scheduled cleanings efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Treating clients' homes, belongings, and privacy with care and respect.
- Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and team members.
- Working independently or alongside other team members, depending on the cleaning assignment.
- Identifying and communicating any concerns, damages, or special cleaning needs.
- Maintaining a positive, professional attitude while representing Finishing Touches.
Qualifications & Experience
Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right individuals who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Ideal candidates will possess:
