What We Are Looking For

We want someone who cares about the finished product. This is custom cabinetry, not mass production. The person in this position needs to understand that the little things matter and be willing to take the extra time necessary to produce a finish that looks professional.

Someone with experience who can walk into the shop, evaluate a piece, know how it needs to be prepped, and produce a quality finish with minimal supervision would be an ideal fit.
