Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Finishing & Plating Service. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient data management within our operations. The ideal candidate will contribute significantly to our commitment to quality service. This position has hours from 8am-4pm. The starting wage is $14.50/hour plus a $2/hour bonus that is earned when working a full 40 hours in a week.

Responsibilities

• Input and maintain accurate data in databases related to production.
• Process order entries efficiently while ensuring all information is correct.
• Transcribe information from various sources into digital formats.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the operational team.
• Organize files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity across systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computers.
• Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.
