This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the Finishing Division, WCF. As a Manufacturing Division Manager, you will be responsible for planning and directing a variety of related work operations to support functions related to the currency manufacturing in several branches through subordinate levels of supervision.

For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Supervising employees in a manufacturing/production environment, including establishing priorities, planning work, and scheduling work assignments; AND
- Assisting in planning and coordinating production operations to maintain balanced operations in terms of staffing, materials, and scheduling to meet organizational production goals.
