Sales Designer - Interior Design

Location: Raleigh, NC
Starting Salary: $45,000/year, plus commission after 90 days
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, with no weekends and half-day Fridays

Key Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for clients, offering expert guidance on materials, finishes, and designs.
• Schedule appointments, conduct client consultations, and provide pricing after training.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-ups and personalized support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project materials and maintain timelines for scheduled projects.
• Ensure client satisfaction with post-project communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in design (or related field) and 1 year of experience, or 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Passion for design and client success.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and QuickBooks (or similar tools).
• Full-time, in-office availability in Raleigh, NC.
