What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day field operations for large electrical construction projects.
- Supervise Superintendents, Foremen, and field crews to ensure quality and productivity.
- Enforce safety standards and site-specific compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain schedules and resolve issues.
- Manage labor, materials, equipment logistics, and project progress.
- Support project management with change orders, cost tracking, and billing updates.
- Foster strong communication, accountability, and teamwork on-site.
What You Bring
- 10 years of supervisory experience in electrical or industrial construction.
- Proven success leading large-scale, ground-up commercial or mission-critical projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or Bluebeam a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced training preferred.
- Willingness to relocate to the Dallas–Fort Worth area (full relocation assistance provided).
