Finish Line Staffing Services is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Project Manager.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to serve as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and sales, ensuring projects are executed efficiently from start to finish. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, the sales team, and internal operational departments.
- Translate customer expectations into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules for engineering change orders (ECOs), new product introductions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, and Production to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Track project progress, deliverables, and timelines using Kanban metrics and other project management tools.
- Proactively communicate schedule updates, potential delays, and recovery plans to customers.
- Lead and participate in customer meetings and internal project review meetings.
- Identify and resolve project risks while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by incorporating lessons learned into future projects.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement, and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
- 3 years of project management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or engineered products environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while driving projects to successful completion.
