Spotter / Ground Support – San Diego, CA
Location: San Diego, CA
Pay: $25.00/hr. (Higher pay may be considered for the right candidate)
Per Diem: None
Start Date: July 13, 2026
We're hiring Spotters / Ground Support for an active construction project in Woodland Hills, CA.
Job Duties:
- Spot personnel operating aerial lifts and equipment
- Remain on the ground to ensure safe lift operations
- Follow all site safety procedures
- Perform general labor duties as needed
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8–10 hour shifts (currently working mostly 10-hour days)
- Approximately 6 weeks of work remaining
- Great opportunity for college students on summer break
Requirements:
- English or Spanish speaking
- E-Verify required
- Drug Screen required
- PPE required
- Safety-conscious and reliable
