Location: Memphis, TN
Project: SpaceX Data Center
Pay: $40.00/hour $100/day Per Diem
Shift: Night Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: 12-hour shifts | 6 days on / 2 days off
Duration: 6 Months | Long-Term Opportunity
Finish Line Staffing is hiring experienced Electrical Foremen for a large-scale data center project in Memphis, TN.
This is a long-term opportunity for experienced electrical leaders with a strong commercial, industrial, or data center background. Candidates should be comfortable leading crews, coordinating daily electrical work, and maintaining production and safety standards in a fast-paced construction environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- $40.00/hour
- $100/day per diem
- Per diem paid 7 days per week when the full scheduled workweek is completed
- Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 12-hour shifts
- 6 days on / 2 days off
- 6 month project with potential for continued work
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise electrical crews in the field
- Coordinate daily work activities and manpower
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Oversee conduit installation, cable tray, wire pulls, terminations, and electrical equipment installation
- Track progress and ensure work is completed according to project schedules
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Communicate with project leadership regarding manpower, materials, and jobsite needs
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman
- Strong commercial, industrial, or data center electrical experience
- Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity
- Strong knowledge of electrical installation and construction practices
- Must be willing and able to work the required night-shift rotation
- Must successfully complete E-Verify, drug screening, and background check
