What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Electrical Engineer position at Finish Line Staffing Services?

Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 6 years of experience in electrical design and engineering, or 3 years with advanced degree, preferably within the defense or aerospace manufacturing industries.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, with a multidisciplinary team and able to balance different project tasks, teams, and goals.
- Strong experience in electrical system design and analysis.
- Proficiency with ECAD tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, Mentor, or similar).
- Experience with electro-mechanical systems, and automation and robotics controls.
- Proficient with Microsoft office applications, including MS Excel, Project, and Powerpoint.
- Familiarity with DoD and industry standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, DoD 4145).
