Requirements
- Bachelor’s in life sciences, engineering, or related field
- 12 years in medical device industry
- 10 years in leadership/management roles
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global Regulatory Affairs (RA) strategy
- Align regulatory plans with product lifecycle (PLM) and market goals
- Monitor global regulations (MDR, MDSAP, etc.) and adapt strategy
- Drive regulatory approvals across major regions (US, EU, Canada, Japan, China)
- Assess external environment and industry trends
Key Skills
- Strong global regulatory experience
- Expertise across multiple regions and product types
- Experience with complex markets (especially China)
- Strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership
- Experience using AI/tools to streamline RA processes and database research
Salary : $180,000 - $210,000
