Finish Line Promotions is expanding its Charlotte team and hiring a Customer Sales & Promotions Associate to represent a nationally recognised telecommunications provider delivering high-speed internet, TV entertainment, mobile, and home connectivity solutions to local customers.
This is a customer-facing role focused on helping individuals and households understand, compare, and enrol in services that improve how they connect at home and work.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be positioned inside high-traffic retail environments and promotional locations across Charlotte. Your role is to:
- Engage customers face-to-face and introduce current telecommunications offers
- Explain service packages, including high-speed internet, streaming TV bundles, mobile plans, and home phone options
- Identify customer needs (speed, pricing, household size, usage habits)
- Walk customers through package comparisons and promotional pricing
- Process new customer enrollments and service upgrades
- Answer billing, contract, and service-related questions clearly and confidently
- Track daily performance metrics and sales targets
- Represent the brand professionally in busy, high-energy environments
