Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Deck Builder/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, installing, and repairing decks, as well as supporting various carpentry and construction projects on-site. Work is mostly outdoor deck projects and interior remodeling.
Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality completed projects.
Experience
- Experience is required of at least 3- 4 years of proven experience
- 90% of work is with Composite Decking and Prefabricated railing
- Preferred experience working with Trex Composite Decking and Westbury Aluminum Railing.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools
- All Tools are provided other than basic hand tools; Hammer/ Tool Belt
