Job Summary
Finish Line is Pennsylvania’s premier source for collision repair. Family-owned and operated for over 25 years, we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our employees. With continued growth and year-round demand supported by multiple DRP relationships, we are expanding our team and hiring for all collision center positions, including Auto Body Technicians, Estimators, Painters, Preppers, and Customer Service Representatives.
We are a large, well-equipped independent shop offering a stable, fast-paced environment with modern tools, advanced equipment, and strong workflow.
Responsibilities (vary by position):
- Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Finish Line’s high-quality standards
- Perform collision repairs including disassembly, structural repair, body work, paint prep, refinishing, and reassembly
- Write accurate estimates and document vehicle damage (Estimators)
- Obtain customer and vehicle information and maintain communication throughout the repair process
- Maintain and grow relationships with customers, insurance partners, fleets, and manufacturers
- Use CCC One, ALLDATA, and related systems to manage estimates, repair plans, and parts
- Order and track parts when needed
- Ensure final repair orders and invoices accurately reflect work performed
- Report and document vehicle issues as described by the customer
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Support team workflow and meet production timelines
Qualifications (based on role):
- PA State Appraiser License (for Estimators)
- Knowledge of insurance procedures and DRP requirements
- Proficiency with CCC One; familiarity with ALLDATA
- Previous experience in collision repair (tech, painter, estimator, or CSR)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Parts sourcing experience (CCC, OPS, Parts Trader) preferred
- Motivated, reliable, and committed to quality work
- I-Car Certification

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
