Role Description
Mobile Auto Detail Technician: Responsible for safely operating company vehicles to and from customer locations, performing interior and exterior vehicle detailing services, maintaining cleanliness and organization of equipment and supplies, communicating professionally with customers, following company procedures and quality standards, and reporting any vehicle or equipment issues to management.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Previous detailing experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Customer Service experience to ensure a positive client experience
- Physical stamina for working on vehicles in various weather conditions
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently
- Willingness to learn new skills, accept coaching, and grow within the company.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
