Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizzas to company specifications, maintaining high quality and consistency.
- Operate efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment (ovens, dough mixers, slicers, etc.).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation up to DOH standards.
- Execute opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned by management.
- Communicate clearly with front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- Assist in training new cooks and kitchen staff.
- Managing necessary prep work, pizza cooking times, and simultaneous orders
- Completing food temperature checks before service
- Preparing ingredients, pizza dough, making sauce, etc.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Nights and weekends availability required.
