Kitchen Porter

Join our team! Fini Pizza is a fresh take on the New York City slice shop that proudly embraces its neighborhood while honoring its past, present, and future. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Porter to help us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization. Previous experience in a restaurant or commercial cleaning environment is a huge plus. Must be open to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.

• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the duration of the shift.

• Empty trash and recycling bins routinely and ensure proper, sanitary disposal.

• Assist with receiving, organizing, and putting away daily deliveries.

• Support the kitchen and service staff with clearing tasks and cleaning spills as needed.

Physical Requirements & Compliance:

• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to comfortably remain on your feet for the entire duration of your shift.

We are seeking full/part-time employees at our location in Amagansett, New York.
