This role supports the development and execution of lifestyle and entertainment PR campaigns, with a focus on celebrity partnerships, brand activations, and special events. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting press materials, coordinating media outreach, managing talent and influencer communications, and tracking coverage across traditional and digital channels. The coordinator will assist with event planning and on-site execution, maintain contact lists and databases, prepare client reports and recap documents, and support the creation of pitch decks and proposals. Collaboration with internal teams, clients, talent representatives, and media contacts is essential to ensure seamless campaign delivery and consistent brand messaging.
