The Director, Analytics will own measurement strategies for MedThink clients and lead a team of analysts executing on those strategies. This position reports to the VP, Insights & Connections and will be responsible for senior cross-department collaboration with digital strategists, media strategists, medical strategists, and others.The ideal candidate will have expertise in deriving data-driven insights across a wide range of initiatives including primary quantitative and qualitative research methods, syndicated research databases, and digital and media analytics. You will be able to develop measurement frameworks that align overall business objectives, strategies for achieving those objectives, and tactics used to execute on those strategies into a cohesive whole. You will also be able to navigate environments with inherent uncertainty and complexity, while nurturing ideas to become fully realized solutions.You will work on a variety of different projects targeted at helping support client initiatives via measurement strategy solutions, maintaining and improving existing processes and project types, and driving innovation. You’ll play a meaningful role in crafting how our company approaches analytics, as well as mentoring a growing team of analysts. You will manage a team of analysts executing on ongoing analytics projects for our promotional clients, as well as identify and drive new opportunities for expanding the use of analytics in medical affairs. Experience developing key insights to provide strategic approaches and recommendations for brand planning and new business opportunities is ideal.Additional responsibilities include educating and consulting clients from a measurement strategy best practices standpoint.
