We have a great opportunity for an ACD, Art to work on a DTC/patient account in the mental health space. You’ll need experience and savvy in social media marketing, DTC production, and brand activation. You’ll also need to be on top of marketing and tech trends and be fascinated with new ways to connect with audiences. Your portfolio should be full of big ideas, executed beautifully.

The majority of your time will be spent working remotely. We do not have mandated days in an office. When we do get together live, it is about purposeful engagement. Specifically, going to clients for in person working sessions and reviews as well as occasional internal team meetings in our Cedar Knolls office that are designed to collaborate on specific projects and to drive team chemistry.

What It Takes

• Ability to work collaboratively with other capabilities such as account management, project management, and more
• Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the art team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billable
• Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration
• Work with ACD, Copy to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
• Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects
• Estimate copy hours
• Participate in client meetings
• Lead concept presentations
• Provide written and face-to-face feedback for annual performance reviews, as well as ongoing feedback throughout the year (written when requested)
• Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
• Lead the creative teams in development of concepts and execution of all projects
• Demonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs
• Represent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriate
• Strong presentation skills
  
  

Know-how

• 9-12 yrs experience
• Pharmaceutical experience
• Experience managing teams preferred
  
  

This role is largely remote, however it will require being local to the NJ/tristate area location.
