What It Takes
- 2–4 years of graphic design experience.
- Outstanding design aesthetic with a range of styles and approaches to suit the task at hand.
- Experience in digital as well as traditional print media.
- AI Tool Proficiency: Proven ability to wield AI image generators (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance and amplify abstract concepts into compelling visuals.
- Expert knowledge of core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite).
- Capacity to work seamlessly across departments and collaborate without ego.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a hybrid or work-from-home setup , maintaining proactive, timely responsiveness and seamless communication across virtual channels.
- Agency experience is a plus.
