What You'll Do
As a Traffic Control Technician, you'll work as part of a team to safely set up, maintain, and remove temporary traffic control work zones. Responsibilities include:
· Loading, unloading, and transporting traffic control equipment.
· Setting up and removing signs, sign stands, barricades, cones, drums, and other traffic control devices.
· Monitoring work zones to help maintain safe conditions for motorists, pedestrians, and crew members.
· Following company safety policies and procedures.
· Performing other duties as assigned.
Pay & Benefits
· Competitive pay starts at $18.00 per hour.
· New York State prevailing wage on eligible projects.
· Weekly pay.
· Company-paid OSHA 10 Construction Safety and ATSSA Flagger certification training.
· Part-time to full-time variable schedules.

Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years old.
· Reliable transportation to assigned reporting locations.
· Ability to communicate effectively.
· Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
· Flexible schedule, including extended workdays and occasional weekends.
· Strong teamwork and observation skills.
· Willingness to travel and stay in company-provided accommodation when required.
