What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and support a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs in providing exceptional care
Foster a positive, relationship-based culture that encourages teamwork and accountability
Champion quality and safety initiatives to ensure outstanding resident outcomes
Oversee staffing, education, and performance development for nursing staff
Collaborate across departments to deliver holistic, resident-centered care
Maintain survey readiness and compliance with DOH regulations
What You'll Bring
Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program (BSN or MSN preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing or long-term care experience (leadership experience preferred)
License: Current NYS RN license
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
A genuine passion for working with older adults and leading a caring team
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Meditech and other healthcare software
Salary based on years of experience as Nurse Manger: $89,000.00-$105,000.00
Bonus Available
